• Small Office (Under 1,500 sq ft): $200 – $350 per visit
• Medium Office: $350 – $600 per visit

Add-On Services
• Oven Cleaning: $65 – $125
• Refrigerator Cleaning (Inside): $50 – $85
• Interior Windows: $7 – $10 per window or $85 – $175 whole home
• Baseboard Detail: $75 – $150
• Full Wall Wash: $150 – $300
• Air Vent Cleaning: $5 – $10 per vent
• Grout Deep Cleaning: $75 – $200
• Pet Hair Treatment: $40 – $75

Service Policies
• A 25% deposit is required to secure all cleaning appointments.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service will result in a 24-hour
cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount.
• Deposits are applied toward your total balance.
• Final payment is due upon completion of service.
• Pricing may vary based on property condition and level of buildup
